Car Wash and Detail in Jackson, WY

If you search "car wash near me" in Jackson, you will find us, so let us be clear about what we are. Auto Spa is a detail studio. There is no tunnel, no conveyor, and no pulling up and waiting ten minutes. Every service is a drop-off appointment: you bring the car at 9:00 AM and pick it up at 5:00 PM on weekdays or 3:00 PM on Saturdays.

If all you need is a quick rinse of road salt on your way somewhere, an automatic wash is the right tool for that. If you want the car washed properly by hand, protected, or cleaned inside and out, that is what we do.

The Exterior Hand Wash is a careful wash and dry of the outside of the vehicle, done by hand. The Wash and Wax adds paint decontamination and a 6-month protective wax on paint and plastics, so salt and grime have a harder time sticking until the next season.

A "car wash and detail" usually means inside and out. Here is what that looks like at Auto Spa, using our prices for a medium/2-row vehicle:

• Interior Only: Express, from $250: vacuum, wipe-down of every surface, windows inside, floor mats washed.
• Express Detail, from $425: an interior refresh plus exterior hand wash, rims, tires, door jambs and a 1-month protective wax.
• Signature Detail, from $650: our most popular package, with a full interior deep clean, carpet shampoo and steam, paint decontamination and a 6-month protective wax.

See every package and size tier on our detailing packages page, or read how much a full detail costs.

Jackson cars collect more than dust. In winter it is magnesium chloride brine and sand from WY-22, Teton Pass and the highway to the airport. In summer it is trailhead dust, cottonwood sap and bugs from long drives through the park.

Brush-style washes drag that grit across the paint and leave the fine swirl marks you see in the sun. A hand wash lifts dirt off instead of grinding it in, and we dry the car by hand so our hard water does not leave spots. If the swirls are already there, a 1-step polish takes them out.

A wash lasts until the next storm. Protection lasts longer. The Wash and Wax gives you about six months. For a full year or three, a ceramic coating starts at $425 (1-year) or $895 (3-year), and makes every wash after that easier. Our exterior detailing page covers the rest of the outside services.
